Ok this is strange and I have no idea what's going on, my current stats keeps fluctuating every day and I am now getting the following.
Can someone please confirm that my Noise margin is correct at 0? I still seem to be able to use the internet ok with the odd time web pages take a while to load, is this the line retransmitting packets frequently?
      Please help advice appreciated.

The problem is your Down SNR is way too low.

That indicates serious noise on your line. When you are seeing slow downs that is errors racking up in short spaces of time.

You have noise on your line which is probably why you were capped. What router are you using? The latest firmware is handling noise a lot better than it did in the past, but it looks like yours is not. Could be a faulty router.

I'm using my own router which is a linksys WAG354G with the latest firmware.

I have a sky netgear router but the screen's were restrictive so I used my own.

Maybe you should try the Sky router and see if there is any difference. Contrary to what some believe, not only Sky routers develop faults. It would do no harm to try and would give you some ammo if you have to phone Sky. If you can tell them you have tried another router, it may encourage them to have your line checked.
