      order held up

      hi folks i called sky nearly 2 weeks ago to upgrade my sky broadband from mid to max i checked my account yesterday online it was still showing as mid package so i called sky and they said sky broadband provisioning were still processing the upgrade! anyone else had this time delay upgrading or downgrading their broadband package? surely it shouldnt take nearly 2 weeks to process a upgrade/downgrade

      When I upgraded from Base to Mid recently I was told it would take up to 2 hours. It actually took 5 minutes.

      well when i phoned up to upgrade from mid to max the actual upgrade took place right away and the way i knew it happened was the upload speed went up in netgear webpage. i think whats happened when they said the order was still being processed is that its not been updated on their system yet
