      Yep have tried that, all phone line and cable connections are OK

      A quick update - the problem was with the router. Told today Sky are replacing it.

      I've been having exactly the same problem. Phoned Sky on Tuesay and a new router was delivered yesterday with exactly the same problems.

      Spent most of this morning on phone to Sky and they had me unscrewing the phone socet front and having the filter pluged directly into the socket and still no joy.

      They're not testing the line and exchange and will call be back in 36/48 hours.
