      Big Thank you

Hi all, I am finally connected to BB at Home after six months with no/poor connection, a BT engineer finally replaced the copper cable from my house to the drop point in the road, about 100 meters of cable which was underground.
PLEASE let me point out how the team a sky bb help desk could not have been more helpfull and very polite compared to my previous isp, BT please note.
special thanks to RICHARD at sky (bt escalations), he kept phoning me at least every other day on progress and he did seem generally concerned. 7 bt engineers. Please do not complain about sky,s help desk untill you have been with BT and experienced there offshore call centres,
new router stats below and any comments pleaseSystem Up Time: 62:55:19

that's really great news, espicially when BT said it wasn't cost effective to fix.

with those stats, you may be able to get sky to remove or lower the cap now so you get a faster connection.
