Someone at Sky can't read their email!!!

Just found out that after going through Kana and requesting a line speed upgrade above 8Mb, 5 days later I get an email back saying they have reduced it to 6.7!!!!!!

      I never had a problem at 8Mb!!!!!

      How annoying!

Whats the best way to get it fixed? any ideas?

Phone them up instead of emailing them asking to be back to 8MB as you never asked for it to be reduced in the first place.
