Thought you were. Wait the ten days and see how you get on. Also, make sure you are not being charged 17 a month if you ordered another product.

Normally, Sky would charge you a lower amount for Connect if your exchange is due to be LLU'ed within 6 months.

Just spoke to the CST yesterday and still problem can't be solved...... This is the email i got from sky:

Your case is different to the others we’ve been having of late so I’ll get this off to BT to investigate as although your IP Profile is correct throughput obviously isn’t…we’ll be in touch with results as and when we get them.

      Any idea?

Probably a low threshold breach issue. Where your throughput has dropped away from what it should be.
      Thats what it sounds like.

Basically your line rate is sitting around 5mb. For example your throughput should be in and around 4mb if i'm not mistaken.

Your throughput shouldnt drop below the 4mb range thats set in your training period. So thats the threshold.

If Sky telly you your throughput isn't correct and your getting a slow connection
Then its more than likely that your throughput has dropped below the 4mb mark. Which is called a threshold breach.
Basically Sky have to log a Fault to BT to investigate this - Hoping your physical setup etc is correct.

I'm not very good at explaining these sorts of things when typing it down. Hopefully you understand roughly what i'm talking about.
