      also, if using XP, perhaps run TCP Optimizer...might help...

      also, upstream is low for Max, looks like the CST agent has played silly games with your line profile (assuming you've called Sky before)...

      either way, doubt very much it's a Sky issue...

      As others have said, it's almost certainly something in your set up - of all similar cases I can think of, it has never been a remote problem.

      Here's a recent example. In this case it turned out to be a problem with a switch. If you look through the post you will see the steps recommended and taken to get to that point.

      Deffinately not a sky issue looking at those stats. You are getting practically the full whack..
