      Horrendous loss of speed.

Okay, at this moment in time I have a top speed of 10kb/s.. which is obviously just unbearable.

I think I'm on the 8MB package and I'm used to speeds of 700-800 kb/s nothing more, Is that normal in itself?

But anyway, this has been getting worse day by day for the past 2 months or so when I've just been waiting for it to sort itself out so to speak. But nothing has seemed to happen except when It randomly goes back to normal whenever it feels like it for about 30 minutes at a time.. and that's a very rare occasion.

So Is there anything I can do myself before resorting to phoning up Sky?

      Thanks

Also is your profile correct and are you on Connect and not Sky Base/Mid/Max?

if the OP is on Connect - looks like another one to add to the list of insane throttling by Sky/BT...

      Re: Horrendous loss of speed.

It looks like your line is interleaved as that is the fastest sync with interleave on.

You have a short line and therefore with that attenuation you will / are achieving the max speeds on the Connect package.
