      I think Isitme meant KANA forms.

      Here's the response from Sky to my request to be moved:

      "In the future you may be changed from the Connect package however at the moment we do not have any dates as to when this will be."

      I think I'll move to 02, which seems to have good all-round reviews. I wonder, though, how I stand in relation to my contract with Sky which has just over two months still to run. They are actually in breach of their Ts&Cs 7(a) and 11(e) as the connection is not, to my mind, fit for purpose, but I suppose it would, anyway, be worth 15 or so to get shot of them!

      My connection was pretty much unusable between 6pm and 11.15pm tonight.
