      Wall Connection help???

I hope I explain this correctly.....

Basically my sky router is connected directly to the wall socket. I dont have a microfilter attached because it doesnt fit the connection on the wall. Its the smaller connection on the wall.....

My broadband speed is dreadful. Im wondering would this have anything to do with not having a microfilter attached????

Do you have anything else on the line anywhere? It could be line issues or it could be unfiltered devices plugged in on the line elsewhere.

Actually. I have the sky box connected to the wall via a phone connection right beside where the router is. Again with no microfilter attached.

Unless this is a pre-filter faceplate in use you will need to put a filter onto each socket that has something plugged into it.

Thanks.. How do i tell thats its a pre filter face plate??

If its not does that mean I need to buy a JT11 to BT connection adaptor and then attach the faceplate?
