    This is a discussion on Not sure what to do? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; I'm thinking of ringing sky today about my cap, what should I say to them? my internet has been perfect ...

      I'm thinking of ringing sky today about my cap, what should I say to them? my internet has been perfect the past few days since the new faceplate was installed, also, what number is best to ring?

      Thankssss, I have phoned sky, and after trying to get past Tier one I got to Tier three, and they removed my cap, here are my new stats, do they look ok? the woman on the phone was great, and tested the line for 5 minutes for stability and informed me to phone back if problems.

      That looks pretty good. She has also moved you to ADSL2+, so as long as your line stays stable you should be OK. Your sync looks spot on for your attenuation, with a reasonable noise margin to boot.
