    Sky have done something

      No problem will call CST tonight when the problem is at its worse .

      Problem started again , called CST , they cant do nothing because its line related , asked for a BB Openreach engineer was told no unless it gets escalated higher and to talk to sky talk , spoke to talk said all they can do is send the same tech out as monday not a BB tech ..

      Well have called again , can't get through to CST ticket is closed , shoved to sky talk , was told i will have to pay the BT charge as BT have already been out and found no fault (even thou there was and still is) , so i'm sorry to say i'm bailing out , moving line back to BT and doing away with any BB till i can be asked to spend another week with a phone glued to my ear

      It's no good giving up!!. Your problem is you are trying to get Sky to do things your way, and they won't.
      Relax, loads of people deal with Sky and have no problems (through you won't find many on here, forums are not like that)

      (1) don't do any more tonight, no speedtests just have a surf, and if the bloody router resyncs, let it. don't look at the stats untill tomorrow.

      (2) if you are not happy tomorrow, ring sky BB support.
      just go with the flow with teir one

      (3) if anyone suggest a new router, agree, this will close any ticket you have if the new router does not fix the problem, then call back. And so it goes on untill you get a visit from a BB tech.

      Trouble is at some point Sky are going to re-cofigure your line in an attempt to make it stable. You have to put up with this, if you want a BB visit, you must let them try to fix the problem first.

      Sky talk called to update me on what i already know , told me to talk to CST ans gave me the Sky Talk ticket number (not sure if CST can view these) . BT report stated he check from my master socket back to the exchange and found no problem and advised on a BB Openreach tech to make a visit . Can face going through teir 1 20 min checks today .
