If you're activation date is today(Sat) It can be midnight tonight before you are activated fully. Also BT are staggering activations because they're so many of then, around 48 Hrs.
If you're not on by around 3pm,call tech support. They may need to call order status.

Sounds right - so you will now get upto 8mbps when you get your Sky router.
Pop round and ask your neighbour if they had it delivered there while you were out .... just don't mention the wireless!!

haha!!! sky said that the router will not be sent out until my line is active.....so i wonder what the record is for waiting for the stupid router?

That seems to me to be a stupid thing for them to say as what good is an active SkyBB connection without a router since you have no choice but to use there equipment ? who did you talk to ?
I along with a hell of a lot of other people received my router over a week before I was connected.Ray
Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
If you would like to know the straight line distance to your exchange then
Would you like an idea of the possible speeds you will get with the Max Package then click here or for the Connect Package then click here
