      Something is wrong

      hi, I'm new to all this but i defo know that something is wrong.
      Now I've had "sky broadband" for about a yr, and at 1st everything was gr8 but for these past few months ive been having download speed probs, for e.g. wen i used to download an album i used to get about 200kB/s and nw for sum strange reason, NOW takin in mind ive not changed nething i nw only get MAX on anything 40kB/s and tbh its a **** take. i have the 16meg package and a netgear router. Could sum1 plzzz help me

      Writing English would also help, 'phone talk' is not really appreciated on a forum like this.

      You should also post stats from your normal position as well as the Test socket, for comparison purposes.
