Can I just say fair play to the sky tech support staff ( I guess you know who you are ) for having the guts to come on here and offer to help what must be a very frustrated user base, my experience getting up and going has been fairly smooth, but good on the guys/girls ? who are offering help through this forum.

there a quite few from Sky/Easynet on these forums, some have made them selfs known and some have not,
one thing is for sure there putting there jobs on the line to help you people out coz if they get found out its instant dismissal just for trying to help
so yes thank yo guys/girls for giving up your spare time"To help would be a great adventure"

That is just nuts! Perhaps if Sky called back, as promised, we would not need to post on here....
I am still (after 2 weeks) awaiting a call from Tier 3
