      You will just have to keep trying the Sky Support, they are the only ones who can ask BT to look into your problem. Make sure you get a fault report number when you call, it sometimes makes it easier when you call back.

      you are connected via Ethernet to the router not wireless i assume

      This is the new throttling on Connect.

      I get the same everyday between 6pm-11pm

      Download Speed: 171 kbps (21.4 KB/sec ) Upload Speed: 377 kbps (47.1 KB/sec )


      ITS A JOKE!


      Full speeds on my other router. I only downloaded 400mb today aswell!

      i get nowhere near my 40GB limit - and only download via HTTP of FTP so guess I'm lucky...

      Weird, just as i post that mine stops. My graph in my usenet prog was showing a flat line around 20k/sec, then it just goes upto 900k/sec

      Weird.
