      Uh-oh! What does this mean?

      Just found this on my BT order tracker:

      Placed 01 Sep 2006
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 07 Sep 2006
      Status In progress
      Last update 21 Sep 2006
      Latest update Your order is in progress.
      Items in this order
      Description Item Quantity Cost Rental
      PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1

      Didn't notice it before! Have I just sent a stroppy email to Sky when it's not their fault, after all?

      Well it sure looks like an order for your LLU and its looks as though BT haven't done anything except update it

      Call SkyBB and talk to TS and tell them what it says

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
