      Registered With Sky Broadband

I registered with Sky Broadband in early July. My exchange was enabled for Sky at the end of September.I have 2 emails since my registration was accepted and they were regarding a paying packag of 17 per month.
I have studied the packages and th 10 per month suits me.I am 70 years old and I have been with my present ISP for over 3 years.

hello lordhodge and welcome to the site

so you have had no information about the MAX package at all ?
phone them up on the number on the email with the BAND number on it and ask if the MAX package is availerble as your exchange has been enabled since september

I experienced the exact same today, and also wish to know this information.

I better not have to pay anything for an upgrade to 16mb

So how do we go about being switched from Connect to Mid/Max, it is supposed to done automatically is it not?

If so what kinda timescales are we talking about or do we need to contact Sky to get transferred.
