Registered With Sky Broadband
I registered with Sky Broadband in early July. My exchange was enabled for Sky at the end of September.I have 2 emails since my registration was accepted and they were regarding a paying packag of £17 per month.
I have studied the packages and th £10 per month suits me.I am 70 years old and I have been with my present ISP for over 3 years.

So how do we go about being switched from Connect to Mid/Max, it is supposed to done automatically is it not?
If so what kinda timescales are we talking about or do we need to contact Sky to get transferred.
