      Moved Home and now having problems getting broadband

      Hi,

      Just gone through the house move proccess and all went well apart from the broadband side of things. They said they would need to cancle my broadband from my old address which was my parents now this seemed to take forever to do.
      After 3 weeks my broadband went off great i thought i could now just phone them up and reorder it again. I carried my number across but they had problems with the post codes not matching up but thats now sorted but the next problem.
      everytime i phone them they are now saying that the boardband is pending to be cancled but i have explained so many times that it has been. All they keep saying is call back tomorrow to see if its cleared. How long does this take?

      It would normally take about 5 days for the BT databse to be updated. Then the time it takes for Sky's to be updated.

      Sometimes, it just takes a couple of days.

      Glenn (SatDish) had his swapped over last week and he was able to order it the day he moved into his new house.
