      Here are my stats after plugging the phone back in and rebooting the router.
      It is now 6.40 am.

      Hi again,

      I Have just noticed the firmware for the router is:

      Firmware Version 1.9Sky

      I thought the firmware was something like 1.5 ?for the sagem router

      The fact that your noise margin is changing, although only slightly and your connection speed up and down is remaining the same, leads me to suspect that your connection is capped. If you are plugged into your test socket and there is no improvement, then your external line probably has a fault.

      Dont know what is going on now,ive connected a corded phone to the filter and the stats are as shown.

      Looks like a dodgy filter or phone. Try changing the filter and se what happens.

      I am surprised no one has commented on the firmware version. Have the V2s been updated?

      V2 updates are in progress, same situation as the V1 upgrade so far but not quite as many failing this time.
