      how are you set up?

the internet light going amber is dropping IP address, so you can't get online...it's finding out why it does it that's the important bit.

stats will help first of all - log into 192.168.0.1 (username:admin, password:sky) and click the 'show statistics' button at the bottom of the first screen you come to. then copy/paste the contents in a post, and take these from the test socket if possible...

Are you plugged into the master BT socket?
Are you connecting the router via wire or wifi?

And what about the router connection?

Are you plugged direct into the BT socket or an extension?

you have no internet light then i take it as that's not connected to the internet (hence no speeds and no time in the WAN section)...

That image looks like you have just rebooted the router, there are no useful stats in there.

      Could you retry?

Also when you reply, you can add an attachment, instead of hosting the images elsewhere if that is easier.
