Use a paper clip and via the small hole at the rear of the router do a reset and see if the router sync's (connects).

      Hi,
I had the same problem some days ago and it turned ou to be my firewall.
Try disabling the firewall (I know it's risky but it;s worth a try).
It worked for me and I now just use the Vista firewall.............

Orange internet light means router has sync with the exchange but has been unable to establish ppp and get an ip. Either poor setup causing miscommunication or some sort of issue on your sky account.

Have you missed a bill or something cause if you do they will block the router from logging on.
