New router?

Hello!

Sorry if it is wrong section for my questions!

My original Sky router almost die. (DG834GT)

How do I get new router from sky? Which are better the new Netgear or Sagem router and which one has Fi-Fi? How much is it cost?

all Sky routers are Wi-Fi...
they're free from Sky, but you'll only get one if they agree that there's a fault...
Netgear...Sagem...doesn't really matter...

My 12 months contract is and about 4-5 months. Is it free too?(router) Can you post the phone number where I can order a new one, please.

08442 410 515 and you don't order one, you call in and tell them its faulty (if it is indeed faulty). You will then be sent out a like for like swap out.
