Internet has slowed and being dosed

Hello! ive had sky for about 1-2 years, been all fine till about a month ago, i checked my sky logs and i see ive been getting constant dos attacks, and my speed has slowed right down it was 12000, then it went to 7000 and today it went down to 5000, sky say this is there limit it can go but how was i getting 12000 if 5000 is the limit? any help appreciated Now its 2000

And my connection keeps dropping out

Post your stats from the Test socket for comparison. It looks like you have developed a line fault, either internal or external.

Test socket is the same, i cant post stats as i have to access it wirelessly from my laptop, any more ideas?

Your router stats are still valid if reached by wireless as the wireless connection will not change your sync, attenuation and SNR.

As Paul says, it does not matter how you connect to obtain the router stats. Your download speed may be different but the stats will not.
