      Smile Good News Ref Sky BB For Me

      today at work I had provisioning phone me and tell me that on the 14th September the engineer ran out of time so I was not connected to sky so my order was put back in BT's order queue and was forgotten until provisioning phoned BT and got them to get me connected today as it was their fault so eveybody cross your fingers for me.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      well midnight came and went nothing not connected yet so a phonecall Monday to provisioning to find out whats going on.

      Since my disconnection from begining of this week the i light was lit but as of last night it wasn't on tried rebooting but nothing, phoned TS and he said can take 48 hours so give it until Monday evening if nothing by then give us a call, what a load of rubbish so first thing tomorrow morning I will be phoning provisioning.

      Yep hopefully I will get to speak to the guy that phoned me at work on Friday from Provisioning.

      Is it possible to actually get through to provisioning directly? According to order status they aren't customer facing and that its not possible to talk to them. But when I spoke to technical support he said he would put me through to provisioning. So I'm not really sure who to believe.

      Not really you do get through to there department but you only talk to the front room staff and they still have to speak to the bods in the back rooms or at least thats what I was told by them weeks ago.
