      Regular disconnects

Im on the sky max package and although cannot get anywhere near 16mb speed i am happy with the 8.5mb i am getting currently. However since friday night i have been getting disconnects every 10 minutes, my router page tells me that the ADSL link is down. Ok no problem, i expect sky to do some housekeeping from time to time but it's still happening 3 days later.

My upstream is currently 412 so i reckon that my line is going through DLM, but should i keep getting disconnects so regularly during this time or is it something else?
I upload lots of stuff to servers and this is playing havoc with that as well as damaging my business.

Any help / info would be greatly appreciated.

      Re: Regular disconnects

DLM isn't active at the mo so have you called in any time recently? sometimes, an auto-regrade will put a line on adsl2+...or in a few rare cases people on Mid/Base are on adsl2+ from the off...

Naughty word on SkyyBB, which is only for domestic use.

Can you post your stats? From your normal position and from the Test socket. They may tell something.
