Its not too clear from the picture, it looks like they have used 8 wire cable to connect the BT master. Do you live in a block of flats, or masionett ? If so the chances are that the BT lines come via external cable into a terminal block, and then run internally via 8 wire to the NTE-5 master socket on the Blu/Wht Wht/Blu pair. You can check this by undoing those two screws and seing if the cable that comes into the back box just has the blu/white pair attached to the terminals on the back of the NTE-5 socket.

Normally in domestic installs such as houses that are fed direct (either via overhad ploe or UG) the external cable is jelly filled and used solid white / solid blue (UG) or solid white and solid orange for the line.
      Cheers

That looks OK, provided you do not have any other phone sockets in the house. The blue/white/blue wires you cannot see will be attached to the A-B terminals at the back of the top plate. If you remove the plate from the wall you will see them. These are your main wires coming into the house, none of the others are required, you can just tuck them out of the way.

What should I do then if my line looks fine?
I have to admit I'm not getting disconnected a lot now...
Got disconnected once today though so I don't know.
The router has not been connected to the line for 10 days yet it has been only 4. Do you think it just needs to settle down?
Because I never got top speed for my noisy line on BT so I don't think it was straining it.
Thanks for your time guys and also I'm in a normal house not flats or anything like that.

If Sky wont ask BT to check your line for faults there is not much you can do if your voice line is clear. A better router may give you a better result, but even that is not guaranteed.
