    need help!

      Exclamation need help!

      i have sky broadband max,

      but sky are charging me alarming amounts of money.

      i haven't hit 100gb a mounth bandwidth.

      whats going on?
      not bad for max, my phone line can only take 8mb.

      who knows. Perhaps you could post the actual billing details of what they have been charging!?!

      Are you sure they are billing you for the broadband part and not sky talk or PPV movies etc?

      Impossible for anyone to comment with the lack of information in your posting.

      i cant get access to the bill, (mum wont let me see it).

      but i have been told sky are now monitering us.

      i have max broadband, 6 tv mixes (no premiums) and unlimited calls.

      p.s. sorry abount lack of info
      not bad for max, my phone line can only take 8mb.

      it ent lol

      the max download i do is 2-3gb a day

      if anything happens ill say you should say the actual limit not unlimited on your advertising.
      not bad for max, my phone line can only take 8mb.

      think you've missed the point. You are assuming that the large bill is for internet usage.

      Sky have never charged anymore more than the 0/5/10 so far.

      Your mum needs to show you the bill..... the excess charging is bound to be for skytalk or skyTV (I know you say you have unlimited skytalk, but its only unlimited for normal phone numbers).

      If someone has been dialing 0898 numbers (or what ever they are these days) or if someone has been ordering loads of Pay Per View on Sky TV then this will bump up your bill.

      I will be amazed if the increased charging is for Sky Broadband.

      GET THE BILL!

      mums going out ill try get it.

      oh would 6 hours of calls to sky have anything to affect the phone? coz sky is like an 0845 so it could be that.

      no calls to sky if you have skytalk are free.

      You can access the bills thru SkyActive on the Sky Digibox as well as thru the MySky account on the web.

      your next payment of 56.89 (???)...................

      from then on you;ll pay 30.00 a mounth..............

      Who told you this? Do you download illegal material? I think your mum may be becoming annoyed at the amount of time you spend on the Internet.
