Re: Bad speeds - connected before activation date?

Just thought I would let you guys have an update.... I finally got to speak to the CST... but purely by accident - I called the helpdesk as I realised that I did not have a call ref number for my issue, and they transferred me!! Why they could not do that yesterday is beyond me.

Anyway, CST guy reads out the information on the call, and guess what - it's all completely wrong. So, I tell him what the issue actually is and low and behold, it's BT provisioning the Home/Office250 to me (as stated above) - looks like some of the guys on the forums should be in the CST if they are not already!!!

So, now I have to wait 48 hours for it to be escalated to the correct team in Sky, they will raise it with BT, and then maybe up to a week to get regraded.

This has to be the worst possible service I have ever received from any company, it's atrocious!!

To top it all, because the account is paid 1 month in advance, I AM PAYING FOR THIS!!!!

Anyone know a good email address to send a letter of complaint to? I mean a real person's email address, not a "support@sky.com" type thing that will get an automated response - if you do, could you PM me with it please (don't post it on here)

      Cheers

You may not have been transfered first time if there was too much of a queue in cst or if the agent had not opened the correct type of ticket which it sounds like they may not have done. Contact Customer services and ask to be refunded the money for this months subs as you are not getting the service you have paid for.
