      Usual question (yawn) re: slow speed :)

      Hi, I've been with Sky BB since Jan 2007. Had a mid sub which always worked very well. I've recently moved home and have taken my old router and kept my Mid sub.

      Got activated last Monday 11th. Got connected without a problem. However my download is now very slow, and has been since my first connection (stats follow)

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 1024 kbps 384 kbps
      Line Attenuation 21.0 db 13.0 db
      Noise Margin 31.9 db 13.0 db

      Though I am now connecting to my router by wireless (previously cable), I calculate that I should be able to connect a good deal quicker than I am. Any suggestions? Or am I getting my knickers in a twist prematurely?

      You are either on test speed or severely capped, phone Sky and ask to be uncapped. You should get the full whack

      Defiantly capped, test speeds are usually at the minimums...
