      Help On Upgrading To ADSL2

      Hi, Ive been with sky broadband for about a year now and i am currently on the sky max package. the service has been great and ive had no hiccups with the provider.

      however, since ive been with sky ive been putting up with only beeing on ADSL as my router is syncing using G.MDT.

      can someone please tell me how i should go along as to getting switched to ADSL2?

      i know for a fact i CAN receive it due to the fact that my line db is 34.db and ive been told that i can get up to 14mb. i am currently syncing at 8mbps but id rather get what im paying for...

      any help would be very much appriciated.

      i would rather email them about it cause ive heard about the hassell when phoning the technical support team.

      can someone also provide me with the technical support email address and instrcutions on what to do next.

      You could try using the kana form.
      http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/kana
      Alternatively ring first thing or late at night when they are less "hassell"ed

      I always get what i send sorted out qiuck and easy with no fuss, give it a go.

      Did you have any luck getting switched to adsl2+...if so, did you see any improvement?

      i havnt been switched yet. i was having trouble remebering my password as i signed up with sky years ago. however, i have literally just sent an email with the correct details. hopefully, they will bring some good news soon.
