      Exchange problems? How to find information

      The exchange in question : High Wycombe SMHY

      Have Sky called my bluff or are they telling the truth.After being inspired by others accounts of success emailing the head honchos in resolving problems (www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=1982), i received an email from BroadbandCustomerService@BSkyB.com someone from saying;

      Please accept my apologies for the delay in the activation of your broadband
      service.

      Having contacted our provisioning team on your behalf I have been advised
      that there is currently a problem at your BT exchange. At this present time
      I'm unable to advise of when this will be fixed. Both parties are working
      flat out to resolve this issue.

      I appreciate your patience and you will be advised of any updates.

      Given that others have had problems with their exchanges it seems plausible, however my original activation date was the 5th of September.
      All I want to know is when will it be fixed, I am happy to wait to the end of the month, maybe longer, if they are telling the truth.
      How can I obtain more information on the problem, anyone with insider could always PM me

      If you got a reply that is amazing, at least they replied.

      Sky have not replied to any of my emails, including the one asking them if i could
      have the Ident music from Sky News on mp3.

      They just ignore all of mine, they have read and replied to yours, must be genuine!

      Lets hope so

      Maybe I could get them to swap the ident music for footage my nephew has on his phone, of the mini base the police have set up to search the woods for liquid explosives (bad stuff ) and the like, which are just a couple of roads over.
