      definately slow then - you should be getting around 400KB/sec...

      get on to Sky and hopefully you'll get a CST agent who knows what they're doing...

      Just a quick note to let you know I have had my problem with a slow connection resolved. It was a slow process with the initial KANA form submitted on the August 12th and the problem resolved on the 1st September.

      It seems there was some problem at the exchange because after Sky referred the problem to BT the speed went up dramatically. Sky/BT sent a BT engineer around to my home as they claimed everything was in order at the excahange but as it was running well by the time he arrived he didn't do anything.
