      Openreach guys came this morning!.... very prompt and have sorted my phoneline its crystal clear the fault was between the cabnet and exchange!!

      now all i need is to phone sky up to up my speed and ill be a happy bunny

      ......and maybe throw some apologies Sky's way, after all you have criticized them in several threads, even after being told right at the beginning of this thread that the line was causing the problem, which had nothing to do with Sky.

      because ive just got home and its dropped lower instead of gone up

      OK well... i did get one of "those ones" if you get me..... ill phone again tomorrow because its annoying i cant play my ps3 because it wants to update... but its too slow to download the update!!
