      Really? And just how many people on your exchange or your line are suffering the same fault? ADSL uses copper, copper lines are prone to issues if not maintained.

      hence the reason why i think bt should get off their arses and install fibre optic before they lose alot of customers to virgin!

      An update on this problem, after speakin again with sky last friday they agreed to change me to a different card in the exchange, this happened at about 10 am saturday morning and 'touvh wood' i have been connected since it was done! This is the longest without a dissconnection for the past 3 weeks. I hope this has rectified my issues!

      Another thing, i spoke to my neighbour who is open sky BB later that saturday and found out they are having the exact same problems so it does sound like a fault at the exchange!!

      thanks for all your help with this matter, like i said i hope it is now resolved, fingers crossed!!!
