      Very Slow Download Speeds

I've been experiencing very slow download speeds for a while now, but the past week or so it's got to the point where I can't even watch video without it breaking up. I've tried all the usual things - connecting to the test socket etc. etc. - I've also connected wirelessly as well as with wires and speeds are the same. I'm particularly interested why my upload speeds are faster than my download speeds - as per the stats below for the last 24 hours. Anyone have any ideas from these?

      Re: Very Slow Download Speeds

Low speed + high niose margin = DLM training. Phone Sky and ask if DLM is on your line.
