It was just an idea we had, as we get loads of emails everyday, from people filling in the Contact Us page. (People must think that we are Sky) So I decided to update that page and then redirect those who are looking for help (or thinking of emailing us) to this thread, if that makes sense.

Apart from that, it's handy to have all the information in one place anyway.
