Using the KANA form linked in the first post is the recommended method, but you could try help@skycustomersupport.com It depends really on what your problem is.

Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

Sorry if this is somewhere else on the forum...... been trawling & can't find an alternative. Am looking for a FAX number for customer relations - 01506 484334 was given to me twice today by SKY, but doesn't work. It won't connect, just rings out.

I'm trying to get something in writing from them r.e. router info & so far (through email) am having no luck. Am assured (I tried not to laugh!) that faxing the customer relations department would guarantee a response.

Would be nice if they could give out a number that works! Wonder of Sky!

      Any suggestions?

Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

The KANA Form is the only official way of contacting Sky in writing, apart from snailmail.
Their main address is - British Sky Broadcasting Group, Grant Way, Isleworth, TW7 5QD.
The address given for correspondence is - Correspondence Dept, Sky Subscriber Services Ltd, 4 Mackintosh Road, Kirkton Campus, LIVINGSTON, EH5.
I believe the address the KANA form goes to is mysky@bskyb.com
FAX appears to be slowly disappearing in favour of Email, sorry I can't trace a number.

Thumbs down Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

Thanks a lot for this - funny that Sky themselves are saying that to contact customer relations there is NO email available. The only 2 options they give is fax (which doesn't work) and snailmail.

What an absolutely useless bunch of ...............

Smile Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

Oh, and the other thing they insisted on when I spoke to them yesterday was the Mackintosh Road address apparently doesn't go to their customer relations department any more, the people I spoke to weren't sure it even got to Sky anymore.

They said the only way to contact Customer Relations on snailmail was a PO box address ....... Customer Relations, Sky Subscribers Service Ltd, PO Box 43, Livingston, EH54 7DD.

It's funny that they've managed to make their Customer Relations department more or less uncontactable! Wonder why?!

Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

I thought there was something funny about the address, EH5 as you probably know is the Granton area. The actual address is 1 MacIntosh Rd, Kirkton Campus, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 7BW‎. As far as I can gather this is the Scottish HQ of BSkyB. If you can't contact Customer Relations there, then as you say, they are hiding them.

Funnily enough I came across this which is probably next door to their HQ. Note the Post code.
British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc - Livingstone - EH54 7DD

Talking Re: How to Contact Sky (New) July 2008

Is it really too much to ask that they at least tell the same half truths?? LOL

Will try the KANA form you mentioned but may write as well. Problem is I need answers quick smart and was guaranteed (stop laughing!!) twice by their customer care (again, laughs all round!!) department that faxing customer relations would get a REALLY quick response.

      Grrrrrrrrrrr
