Speed over halfed for over 10days-Should i get maxdelays highered?

Hi ps help my speed has dropped to well over half it was when 1st joined and online gaming is impossible. I am usually getting aroun 8-10mb but now less than 4. I am on the Max package have a wired connection/ no extensions and router is next to master. Ive tried all the fixes to no avail. I do not download p2p or watch TV online so surely i cannot be trottled, could i? I had max delays reduced a while back and that helped gaming a little and my speed did not suffer... should i have them highered again ps?I know about the DLM but its been like this for ages so surely i still cannot be on it. Below is my router stats... Ps advise what i can do because Sky sucks like this and ive tried phoning them only to get a person who cannot understand. I also own a V1 netgear DG834 router would this work on my sky or do i have to keep the dg934? Thanks in advance

PS3 is connect via ethernet cable but when i ping the speedtest site from ps3 browser its a massive 976

I think this indicates DLM, although I could be wrong!

      are they all so thick!!
Probably not, maybe just not been informed about it. I understand that you may be annoyed, but I have already had to change your first post, and possible insults towards members or staff who do not have the right to defend themselves will not be tolerated on here.

Many staff who work for Sky, take their own time and effort as well as risking getting sacked, for posting on SkyUser, and reading comments like that, if I were them, would make myself inclined to not even bother trying to help you out.

Have a read of this thread:

Yes sorry about that! It was not aimed at the UK's sky workforce. Its just soo frustrating waiting on the phone only to get somebody who does not know about technical things, and this is not once or twice but dozens of times when ive called. Apologies for any insults

Re: Speed halfed for over 10days

If you are bring DLMed you can call Tier1 and go through troubleshooting for slow speed, this will then go to CST for speed and config BUT any changes made during DLM will stand a good chance of being undone by DLM while it is still running. You can also ask when your DLM started as this will help you when it comes to getting the speed back in a more permanent fashion.
And as above most T1 staff are not thick they are just constrained in what they can and cannot do and as for the removed comment that is the quickest way of making sure you don't get many members of Sky suport staff helping you in their own free time.

Thanks for help. My jibe was not aimed at tier1 or any UK sky workers, the word used was a slang for our asian friends, it was not a swear word or meant to be a insult. Just a word i and many others no doubt use. sorry again for anyone who felt insulted
