      Smile Sky BB Signing Up Problems

      Hi, sorry if this the wrong section, wasn't sure of the best place for it.

      I originally called Sky on Monday to order Sky BB Max, but at the end of the order it refused to go through. So I was advised the order would be put through manually and that I'd get a call back in 72 hours to confirm the order.

      72 hours passed and no phone call, so I called back. They had no information on the system, so the only thing to do was go through the order again. At the end, same result, under able to put the order through. He went off to get his manager who tried and he failed as well.

      So then he says they're having system wide problems (surely he would of mentioned this at the start of the call) and they're unable to put orders through at the moment (since Monday? and you only realised after you spoke to your manager? haven't you been putting orders through all day?).

      Any ideas what the problems could be? Should I stick it out and see if the problem is resolved or should I give o2/Be a call and see if they have the same problems?

      Hi.

      Already tried that.

      "We are sorry, but this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again after some time."

      And then says to order by phone.
