You will need to install one of the free monitoring apps. I used to use this one but there are many others.

No easy way, you have to monitor it yourself.

You could try one of the usage programs on this page, SkyUser - Tools and Tutorials try the free one.

Net Meter is one that I use as it is a very small program that woks quietly in the background.

However, with multiple computers and other devices on the network, something based on the router stats OR something measured by Sky and accessible via your account login would be preferable...
