Speed/Disconnecting Problem

i recently have been getting slower speeds than normal, and EVERYDAY i get disconnected at least once and it never used to happen before

i am on a wireless connecion

when i did a speed test i got 720kb download / 575 upload

You are showing synch of nearly 15mb therefore I would expect the download test to be a lot higher than your results.

Try the same test wired to the router if possible.

Try it wired and you should see a vast improvement.
If you cant then try different wireless channels.

You wont get anywhere near the sync speed with wireless unless you are very lucky. The disconnections could be caused by a neighbour setting their wireless channel near to yours ( amongst a million other things).
