      PPP Server down and dropouts

      Hi,

I've had Sky for about a month, and in that time, its quite frequently dropped out with PPP Server Down, for a few hours at a time. It's never any other error, it can sync all the time, but then it displays that error.

Would it be worth ringing Sky, and what should I ask for?

      Stats are:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 16374 kbps 764 kbps
Line Attenuation 23.0 db 8.5 db
Noise Margin 7.1 db 16.0 db
