      Yep - 1500 is correct.

      Your speedtest results look fine now - you've got that extra half meg (Skyuser is one of the more reliable test servers, speedtest.net can be very inaccurate). If you're wondering why you have a sync of 6816kbps yet only download at 5648kbps, that's down to internet protocol transmission overheads, of typically ~20%.
