      Even if capped if DLM is still running it will have another go at it.

      Fingers crossed then, if it does go back to rubbish after Monday call back and get it reset, at least that way you should keep your speed until/ if Sky decide to rethink the DLM or run it again (hopefully not).

      whoever though of the idea of DLM need to be shot!

      not only has sky lost customers... and loyal customers probabilly..

      but its been nothing but a pain in the proverbs and a complete flop

      thank god it was only a trial

      and yes i wait for monday with baited breath

      I was at 2-4Mbps on my speed , gave it the 20 days as advised until the DLM was over and now I'm on 0.5Mbps

      My original complaint (raised in JANUARY!) was that I'm paying for their 16Mbps service but not even getting their 8Mbps service.

      The attitude generally was that I should be grateful for getting 4Mbps, despite paying for the 16Mbps service, assured by their Sales team I would get at least 10Mbps and cancelling my Virgin Broadband and paying for a BT line to be installed based on what Sky advised.

      I'm 400 meters from the exchange btw:

      well you should certain be getting 10mb atleast...

      i'd give em a ring mate Call the Broadband & Talk team on
      08442 41 05 15 and when you get through and they ask you the trouble shooting questions like have you tryed the test socket just say yes and and its just as slow and they should raise a ticket for you !

      That attenenuation is high for that distance, there may be a set up issue.
