Angry Speed gone to Hell =(

Well, I have Sky Max (Upto 16Mb)...I've been with them for about a year and a bit now. When I first started with them, I was getting about a 5Mb downspeed....this has been slowly decreesing to about 2.5 over the months...but, no real worries...the real problem is, over the past month or so, I've had a constant speed of 384Kbps down at peek times (I havnt checked the speed at non peek times, but it feels a bit faster).

Anyway, how can I be getting 384Kbps, when I have Upto 16mb....I accept having say 3.5Mbps on Max, because of distance etc (I'm 2.8Km from my exchange, 'as the crow flies'), but 384Kbps!......

      Well, here's my Router Stats:

      You have been DLM'ed.

Up to 20 days I am afraid, wait it out and see what happens.

Sky to perform a spot of ADSL line management on some 300,000 lines
