      Sky Max capped?

Hello SkyUsers. For the past year and 7 months we've had some strange 'account cease' issues with Sky BB and now we've lost the effort to phone them for the nth time trying to fix it.

Anyway, did the Mel's notes thing and got the following

I noticed that the max speed and the actual speed are quite different. So I'm just asking whether these stats show any possible capping done by Sky and if any other stats are irregular.

      Cheers,
      shiptoncraig.
