    Sync Speed dropped again...

      Exclamation Sync Speed dropped again...

      Hello, with sky i have had nothing but trouble.

      They put me through the damn line configuration for twenty days which crippled my sync speed to just 1048 kbps downstream and 452 upstream.

      Phoned them up and the CST said that they will change my sync speed to 3meg which was done and everything was fine

      for a couple of hours....


      Now it has dropped again to 763 downstream and 252 upstream.

      Anyone got any idea what has happened and how i can get my speed back up. Im fed up with calling them and am tempted to get my MAC code so i can change ISPs but then wont I have to pay the fullterm of the contract.

      Help please

      while DLM is in progress, any work done on the line will more than likely be undone...

      Appparently the DLM has completed on my line so not sure if it will be that but going to ring and complain ...yet again

      im alway polite to them my sister works in a call centre for lloyds lol the troubles she has
