DLM is in progress by the fact you're on adsl2+ so that could be the issue but you really need to be in your master/test socket if you're not already...

Re: Someone help me with speed problems?

depends when it started...it can take up to 20 days from start date, but if you keep turning your router on and off it can take longer (but only in a few cases)...

CST can adjust the line as you're more than 1Mbps out from your max rate but if DLM is still running changes made are likely to be undone...

Re: Someone help me with speed problems?

Hmm... sent them an email which had a threatening tone and my problem was sorted the next day. (although I get 2mb less than previous).

      ---------------------------------------------------------

Spoke tooo soon..... now they took my service down to 300kb Dl and 250kb upload..... What is going on!?

Someone help.... I tried the engineers test sockets but the speed is still as stated above...
