      Ray,
You seem to know the score on here, can you tell me why the views are always 1 higher than the posts? Not important I know, just wondering..

      Truly amazing!
In response to my original post, I have just had a call from somebody at Sky who has spent an hour chasing my router and is calling back before 18:00 with a delivery time! Considering I wasnt expecting any type of call this is refreshing and pehaps shows Sky are listening after all.

      Things are looking up

      Hi again,
To conlude my post, the router arrived this morning and Sky telephoned to make sure I had got it OK. In addition because I have been without internet for a week the lady offerered me 3 months of Sky Sports for half price, which wasnt expected but nice all the same! She said she will also ring in the morning to ensure all goes well with the router install 2nite!

Not sure whats happening at Sky but the service this lady has shown is second to none.

      Cheers
